    On Sunday evening, October 22nd, a driver southbound on Pleasant Hill Road, lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a house in the 1500 block of Pleasant Hill Road at Camino Verde. The 22 year old driver of the car, Briana Christensen, a Walnut Creek resident, was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek with a concussion and facial abrasions, Yox said.

    Sacramento police are looking for a woman who fled the scene of a fatal accident Sunday evening. The accident happened at 24th street and Matson Drive when a white car ran a red light and struck a maroon colored car. One person in each vehiclew died.

    On October 9, 2006 at about 6:30 a.m. a Crash on Hwy 16 involving a Big Rig, School Bus and a Jeep was reported. The driver of the jeep had been driving erratically trying to pass the big rig, he suffered critical injuries and was airlifted to a hospital. On the bus was also a student that received injuries to the head.
