Ortho-Evra lawsuit cases are increasingly common as very young women are suffering strokes, heart attacks, blood clots and pulmonary embolism after using the birth control patch, Ortho Evra.It's been alleged that the manufacturer was aware of the serious risks above and yet continuoulsy marketed it to young women.The FDA has launched an investigation of the safety of the Ortho evra patch.
